Aga Khan University – Mtama Road Student Housing
This project is situated on Mtama Road and serves as a hostel for Aga Khan University students. Plantech Agencies Ltd. undertook the renovation of the building, focusing on modernization and aligning with client preferences. Major renovations and refurbishments were done to change from residential units to student housing. Our goal was to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the facility, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of its residents.
Jubilee Insurance HQ, Upperhill
Plantech Agencies was entrusted with the fit-outs and renovations of Jubilee Insurance’s new headquarters located in Upperhill. Our collaboration with Laxcon Interior Solution Limited enabled us to execute this project to the highest standards, ensuring that Jubilee Insurance’s new headquarters not only meets but exceeds their expectations. Aga Khan University Hospital – Renal Unit
This project is situated at 3rd Parklands within the premises of the Aga Khan Main Hospital. It involved the interior fit-outs, remodelling and extension of the existing Renal Unit, marking one of our most recent renovations.
